Abstract

Název: Problematika terminologie konceptu myofasciálních spoušťových bodů Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je utřídit poznatky v oblasti myofasciálního bolestivého syndromu a myofasciálních trigger pointů a informovat o nejasnostech v používané terminologii. Dalším úkolem je popsat myofasciální trigger pointy s ohledem na jejich etiologii, diagnostiku a terapii. Podružným cílem je zhodnotit vztah mezi myofasciálními trigger pointy, bolestivými body a akupunkturními body. Metody: V této práci byl použit design review. Sběr dat byl prováděn na základě vlastního studia dostupných zdrojů. Shromažďovány byly dostupné informace ze sítě databází se zaměřením na medicínu a alternativní postupy. Výsledky: Prezentace poznatků získaných z dostupných zdrojů na téma myofasciální bolestivý syndrom a myofasciální trigger pointy. Uvedení těchto poznatků v hlavních kategoriích terminologie, etiologie, diagnostiky a terapie. Zároveň je předestřeno krátké zhodnocení vztahu myofasciálních trigger pointů, bolestivých bodů a akupunkturních bodů. Title: Terminology problems in myofascial trigger points concept Objectives: The main aim of this work is to organize information in the field of myofascial pain syndrome and myofascial trigger points, and to show unclearness in using terminology. Another aim is to describe trigger points from the view of the etiology, the diagnosis and the therapy. Subsidiary aim is to evaluate the relation among trigger points, tender points and acupuncture points. Methods: Design review was used in this thesis. Data was captured on the base of self studying available sources. Collecting available information from databases specialized in medicine and complementary medicine. Results: The presentation of myofascial pain syndrome and myofascial trigger points data obtained from available sources. Introducing these information in terms of terminology, etiology, diagnosis and therapy as well as a brief evaluation of relation among myofascial trigger points, tender points and acupuncture points.
