Regionální diferenciace projektů cestovního ruchu v Česku realizovaných v rámci SROP v letech 2004-2006

Abstract

Předkládaná práce se své teoretické části zabývá postavením a významem cestovního ruchu v regionálním rozvoji. Praktická část se posléze věnuje analýze projektů, které byly zaměřeny na rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Česku a byly finančně podpořeny ze zdrojů Evropské unie, konkrétně v rámci SROP v letech 2004-2006. Kromě základní analýzy je sledována územní diferenciace těchto projektů na úrovni okresů a turistických oblastí, a dále jejich rozložení v návaznosti na vymezení metropolitních areálů (sledována aktivita aktérů regionálního rozvoje) a předpokladech regionů pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu (na základě Defertovy funkce). Případová studie je zaměřena na reflexi projektů, které byly zrealizovány na území okresu Jeseník a především v obci Ostružná. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the role and importance of the tourism in the regional development. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the projects which were focused on the development of the tourism in Czechia and had received the financial support from the European Union, specifically in the SROP (Common regional operational programme) between years 2004 and 2006. In addition to the fundamental analysis the spatial differentiation of these projects is observed at the district level and tourist areas, assuming their distribution in relation to the definition of metropolitan areas (for activity of regional development actors) and the assumptions for regional tourism development (based on Defert tourist function). The case study is focused on the reflection of the projects that were implemented in the district Jeseník and especially in the community Ostružná.
