Retrospektivní pohled na profesní vývoj zdravotní sestry

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is concerned with the retrosperctive view on professional development of a nurse. The theoretical part is focused on characteristics of nursing and its history. It introduces the profession, role and personality of the nurse. It charts phases of the professional development and describes the education of nurses. The core of the thesis consists of qualitative research which is concerned with the retrosperctive view of nurses on their professional development. Nurses studying in 1970's and 1980's were involved. By the method of interview the retrospective view of nurses on their motivation for nursing, studying period, professional start, stabilisation and post secondary - school education is investigated.

Metodou rozhovorů zjišťuje retrospektivní pohled sester na jejich motivaci pro práci sestry, období studia, profesní start, stabilizaci a pomaturitní vzdělávání.
