Abstract

Smolka, J. : Group and Community Methods in the Residential Institute The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of the re-educational programme for adolescent boys with ADHD who are placed in residential care by the court. The thesis provides a detailed description of the re-educational programme TAAN and its methodological approach called social skills training. The author focuses on a theoretical models of the programme and methods used for social skills practice, such as group and community methods, experiential education and group therapy. The TAAN programme has four phases and lasts one school year. The important part of the thesis clarifies the research methodology and phenomenological thought process which led the author to use the method of realistic evaluation. The effectiveness of the TAAN re-educational programme is validated through the case study of the social group, observations and interviews. The adolescents achieved positive results in a self-control, cooperative behaviour and respect for their parents. Negative results were measured on emotional competence and a respect for the rules. Cílem rigorózní práce je ověření efektivity reedukačního programu pro adolescenty - chlapce s ADHD, kteří jsou soudně umístěni ve výchovném zařízení. Práce obsahuje detailní popis reedukačního programu TAAN, metod výcviku sociálních dovedností a teoretických východisek. Jedná se o skupinové a komunitní formy práce, aktivity zážitkové pedagogiky a speciálněpedagogické terapeutické metody. Program TAAN má čtyři fáze, trvá jeden školní rok. Důležitá část práce je věnována metodologii výzkumu a fenomenologickému myšlenkovému postupu, který autora dovedl k využití metody realistické evaluace. Efektivita reedukačního programu TAAN byla zkoumána pomocí případové studie sociální skupiny, pozorování a rozhovorů. Adolescenti dosahovali pozitivních výsledků v oblasti autoregulace chování, kooperativního chování a respektování autority rodičů. Negativní hodnoty byly naměřeny v oblasti emočních kompetencí a respektování pravidel. V závěru práce autor srovnává program TAAN s různými přístupy a modely výcviku sociálních dovedností.
