Bariéry dobrovolnictví v organizacích v regionu Teplice

Abstract

The thesis themed "Barriers of volunteerism in organizations in region Teplice" points to the primary aim, which is establishing if in the selected organizations exist any barriers in context of volunteerism and if they exist, what kind of barriers it is. The selected organizations are nongovernmental nonprofit organizations (further NGO's) and allowance organizations in region Teplice, focused on social services. I discover, if there exist among NGO's and allowance organizations in the access to volunteerism any differences or if they are the same. I also endeavour to discover, if for the work with volunteers exist some factors which relate to the region Teplice. Consequently I put to the relation the views on volunteerism and the characteristics of organizations. In the preamble I define the civil sector and the problems of volunteerism. Then I describe the region Teplice, draw near the problems of social services and consequently I attend to the research. In the conclusion I present the results of the thesis and I propose resolution.

Diplomová práce na téma "Bariéry dobrovolnictví v organizacích v regionu Teplice" si klade za primární cíl, zjistit, zda existují nějaké bariéry ve zvolených organizacích v souvislosti s dobrovolnictvím a o jaké bariéry se jedná. Zvolené organizace jsou nestátní neziskové organizace (dále NNO) a příspěvkové organizace v okrese Teplice, zaměřené na sociální služby. Zjišťuji, zda mezi NNO a příspěvkovými organizacemi existují v přístupu k dobrovolnictví rozdíly nebo zda jsou stejné. Také se snažím zjistit, zda pro práci s dobrovolníky existují nějaké faktory, které souvisejí s okresem Teplice. Následně dávám do souvislosti názory na dobrovolnictví a parametry organizací. V úvodní části charakterizuji občanský sektor a problematiku dobrovolnictví, dále popisuji okres Teplice, přibližuji problematiku sociálních služeb a následně se věnuji výzkumu. V závěru prezentuji výsledky práce a navrhuji řešení.
