Recidivisté ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody

Abstract

The Diploma Thesis, The repeated offenders in the execution of a punishment who are in prison, is about the people who have been punished at least once by imprisonment and now they are in prison again. These people have already passed the treatment which should have had a positive influnence on their behaviour after their release from prison. However, there has been a criminal activity again for some reasons. The thesis investigates the attitude and opinions of the final participants of resocializing programmes, the employees of tertiary prevention and the repeated offenders. The aim of this thesis is to find out the reasons of their behaviour.

Diplomová práce Recidivisté ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody pojednává o osobách, které byly již alespoň jednou potrestány nepodmíněným odnětím svobody a nyní se nacházejí ve výkonu tohoto trestu znovu. Tyto osoby již prošly programem zacházení, který měl pozitivním směrem ovlivnit jejich chování po propuštění. Z nějakých důvodů však došlo k recidivě trestné činnosti. Práce zkoumá postoje a názory koncových aktérů resocializačních programů, pracovníků terciární prevence a recidivistů, s cílem zjistit, v čem vidí příčiny tohoto selhání.
