Domácí násilí na dětech se zaměřením na analýzu systému péče o ohrožené děti

Abstract

The diploma thesis, named "Domestic violence against children, focusing on the analysis of the system of care for vulnerable children" identifies different types and forms of violence against children, their implications and consequences. The work is focused on child abuse and neglect syndrom and children who witness domestic violence between partners or parents. The work is focused on concepts such as the endangered child, the best interest of the child and last but not least, the rights of children, which are an important concept for the whole issue. In the first part of the analysis describes the complex system that takes care of the Czech Republic for children at risk. This section discussed the possibility of loss of family background, such as prevention and rehabilitation of their families. Following the analysis of the Czech system of care for vulnerable children, describes the inevitable transformation of the system, which would it be to streamline and focus primarily on the best interest of the child. The focus of the next part is players who are involved in child protection, such as doctors, social workers and non-profit organizations. Actors are divided into two groups in the works. The first group consists of players who come into contact with children at risk as a first (doctor, police, etc.)....

Diplomová práce s názvem "Domácí násilí na dětech se zaměřením na analýzu systému péče o ohrožené děti" identifikuje jednotlivé typy a formy násilí na dětech, jejich dopady a následky. Práce je zaměřena na syndrom týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte (syndrom CAN) a na děti, které se staly svědky domácího násilí mezi partnery, či rodiči. Práce vychází z pojmů jako je ohrožené dítě, nejlepší zájem dítěte a v neposlední řadě také z práv dětí, která jsou důležitým konceptem pro celou problematiku. V první části analýzy je popsán komplexní systém, který pečuje v České republice o děti ohrožené. V této části jsou zmíněny možnosti před ztrátou rodinného zázemí, jako je prevence a sanace vlastní rodiny. V návaznosti na analýzu českého systému péče o ohrožené děti, je popsána nevyhnutelná transformace tohoto systému, která by jej měla zefektivnit a zacílit především na nejlepší zájem dítěte. V centru pozornosti další části stojí aktéři, kteří se ochranou dětí zabývají, např. lékaři, sociální pracovníci a neziskové organizace. Aktéři jsou v rámci práce rozděleni do dvou skupin. První skupinou jsou aktéři, kteří přijdou do styku s dětmi ohroženými jako první (lékaři, policie atd.). Druhou skupinu tvoří aktéři mající největší vliv na utváření celého systému, ovšem bez přímého kontaktu s ohroženým dítětem...
