| dc.description.abstract | The main of the diploma work was to study the internal situations in individual states of Latin America so as to find out, how these countries were perceived in the Czech media. As a study material a group of articles was selected between the period of 2000-2003 from two renowned national newspapers, "Mlada fronta Dnes and Prava". Generally 278 articles were analyzed.
