Spolupráce státu a nestátních neziskových organizací v problematice žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu v ČR

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem státu a nestátních neziskových organizací v problematice žadatelů o mezinárodní ochranu v České republice. Na základě teoretického vymezení funkcí státu a NNO má za úkol popsat a poukázat na činnosti konkrétních státních a nestátních neziskových organizací a to prostřednictvím výzkumu provedeného v daném prostředí i mimo něj. Stěžejním cílem této práce je potvrdit, že spolupráce mezi státními a nestátními neziskovými organizacemi je funkční a jejich vzájemný vztah je plnohodnotný a rovnocenný. Součástí výzkumu diplomové práce je také zaměření na služby, které jsou poskytovány konkrétní cílové skupině.

This thesis deals with the cooperation between the state and the non-profit organizations in issue of asylum seekers in the Czech Republic. On basis of theoretical definitions of the state and non-profit organizations the thesis has a task to describe and highlight the activities of specific governmental and non-profit organizations through to the conducted research in the specific background. The central aim of this study is to confirm that the cooperation between governmental and non-profit organizations is purposeful and their relationship is full-value and equal. Part of the research thesis is focusing on services that are provided to specific target group.
