Bakalarska prace se venuje tematu syndromu vyhoreni a aspektum s nim souvisejicim. Zameruje se zejmena na moznosti prevence a terapie syndromu vyhoreni. Teoreticky je definovan pojem syndrom vyhorenf a jeho priCiny, projevy, prubeh a diagnostika. V druM casti prace se do ohniska zajmu dostava prevence a terapie syndromu vyhoreni, zejmena vyuzitelnost supervlze a logoterapie. Nasledne jsou postaveny do zorneho pole popsane metody prevence a terapie syndromu vyhoreni a jsou diskutovany v ramci vyuzitelnosti pro praxl. CHern prace je zejmena poukazat na dUlezitost dusledne prevence syndromu vyhoreni a zmapovani vybranych moznosti terapie, zaroveii vsak upozornit na duleZitost zavedeni supervize jako takove i mimo socialni sluzby. Na zaver je uvedeno doporuceni k zavedeni komplexniho systemu prevence syndromu vyhoreni do systemu pece 0 zamestnance v kazde organizaci.
This work attends to phenomenon of burnout and related aspects. It focuses mainly on posibilities of prevention and therapy of burnout. The term burnout is theoreticaly defined, as well as its causes, effects, course and diagnosis. In addition, it concentrates on prevention and therapy of burnout, mostly on applicability of supervision and logotherapy. Furthermore, the value for standard practice of described methods of prevention and therapy is discussed. The main goal of this work is to point out the importance of consistent prevention of burnout and selected therapy possibilities, as well as the importance of establishing general supervision even outside social services. The work is finished with a recommendation to establish a complex system of prevention of burnout as part of employee welfare policy in every organization.
