Tato prace pojednava 0 osobnostne sociainim rozvoji a jeho podpore v oblasti vzdelavcini. Vychodiskem je humanisticky pohled na cloveka jakoZto bytost, ktere je vlastni tendence k rustu a sebeaktualizaci. Osobnostne sociaini rozvoj je akcentovcin temer vsemi filosofiemi a nabozenstvimi, vetSinou v podobe idealnich charakteristik Cloveka. V oblasti vzdelavcini je osobnostne sociaini rozvoj jednim z hlavnich dIu pedagogiky i andragogiky. V dnesni dobe je realizovcin zejmena v podobe rozvoje klicovych kompetend. CHern teto prace je nalezt takove podoby pedagogicke a andragogicke praxe, ktere nejvice pYispivaji k osobnostne sociainimu rozvoji. Zakladem je vzdy otevrena, partnerska komunikace, poskytovcini a pYijimcini zpetnych vazeb a motivace k praci na sobe. Zvlaste vhodne se zda byt vyuZiti prosrredi malych sociainich skupin, prozitku "tady a ted''' a jeho nasledne reflexe.
This thesis deals with personal and social development and its support in the area of education. The starting point is a humanistic view of an individual as a being with an inborn disposition to growth and self-actualization. Personal and social development is paid a great deal of attention to by almost all philosophies and religions, mostly in ideal characterizations of a human. In the area of education, personal and social development is one of the main goals of both pedagogy and andragogy. It is presently realized particularly through the development of key competencies. The aim of this thesis is to find those practical implementations of pedagogy and andragogy that contribute most to personal and social development. The essentials of each of these implementations are open, partnership-based communication, giving and receiving feedback and motivation to develop one's potential. What proves to be particularly suitable is the use of small group settings, the experience of "here and now" and its follow-up reflections.
