Harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života současné ženy

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této práce je informovat čtenáře o možnostech harmonizace pracovního a rodinného života současné ženy. Hned v úvodu bych však chtěla zdůraznit, že ačkoliv se v titulu vyskytuje slovo "žena", ženy nejsou - a ani nemohou být - v rámci tohoto tématu jedinou cílovou skupinou, které se harmonizace práce a rodiny bude týkat. Do této problematiky lze zahrnout všechny členy společnosti. V tomto smyslu jsou všichni lidé aktéry, kteří vytvářejí sociální realitu a tím ovlivňují kvalitu (nejen svého) života - a s ní spojené možnosti skloubení pracovní a rodinné sféry. Téma harmonizace je úzce spjato s prosazováním rovných příležitostí žen a mužů. Práce se primárně věnuje ženám, pro které je otázka slučitelnosti práce a rodiny každodenní realitou a leckdy nesnadným úkolem. Jedná se především o matky na mateřské a následně rodičovské dovolené, které v tu chvíli (a často ještě dávno před ní) stojí před rozhodnutím mezi kariérou a rodinou. Nejsou to však jen ony, kdo usilují o spokojenost v těchto dvou významných sférách života moderního člověka. Mluví-li se o ženách, musí se zároveň hovořit i o mužích. I jim je v práci věnována pozornost, protože jsou nedílnou součástí mozaiky společenských a hlavně rodinných vztahů a často stojí společně se ženami tváří v tvář podobným problémům. The main aim of this text is to inform the reader about the possibilities of harmonisation of the working and family life of contemporary woman. However, right at the beginning I would like to stress, that although the title contains the word "woman," women are not - even cannot be - the only target group related to the topic of harmonisation of the working and family life. This theme involves every member of the society. In this sense are all people the actors, who create the social reality and thus influence the quality of social life and related possibilities of articulation of the working and family sphere. The topic of harmonisation is closely connected with assertion of the equal opportunities of women and men. This work is primarily dedicated to women, because they meet the problem of compatibility of work and family daily, and it often means difficult task for them. We are talking mainly about the women on maternal leave and following parental leave, who are at that time, and often long before, facing the decision between career and family. But not only them are seeking satisfaction in these two important life fields of modern people. When talking about women, we must talk about men simultaneously.
