Komunitní plánování sociálních služeb a možnosti vzdělávání jeho účastníků

Abstract

Cílem práce je přiblížit myšlenku komunitního plánování sociálních služeb a na jednotlivých příkladech vzdělávacích programů představit existující možnosti vzdělávání jeho účastníků.V první kapitole textu se věnuji pojmům, které s dále probíraným tématem úzce souvisí, a to pojmu komunita a komunitní plánování. V následující kapitole se snažím představit plánování rozvoje sociálních služeb komplexněji. Zmiňuji se o jeho historii, východiscích, možnostech financování a o jeho jednotlivých etapách. Podrobněji se věnuji principům a přínosům komunitního plánování. Na závěr druhé kapitoly uvádím příklady několika organizací, které se komunitním plánováním aktivně zabývají. Třetí kapitola práce je zaměřena na vzdělávání účastníků procesu komunitního plánování sociálních služeb. Představuji čtyři subjekty a jimi nabízené vzdělávací programy a kurzy a zamýšlím se nad tím, zda je nabídka vzdělávacích aktivit pro účastníky komunitního plánování dostačující. Text práce je doplněn o postřehy z praxe a komentáře aktérů procesu komunitního plánování.

The aim of this work is to examine the idea of community planning of social services and introduce education possibilities of its participants using examples of particular education programmes. In Chapter One, I explain terms related to the topic, i.e. the meaning of the words 'community' and 'community planning'. In the following chapter, I introduce the planning of social services into a greater detail. I discuss its history, resources and means of financing as well as its individual phases. I particularly deal with principles and benefits of the community planning. At the end of Chapter Two, I mention several examples of organisations actively dealing with the community planning. In Chapter Three, I focus on education of participants who are part of the community planning of the social services process. I introduce four organisations and their education programmes and courses, and I examine whether their course offer is satisfactory for its participants. The work is supplemented by personal experience and comments of the participants.
