Fyzioterapie po operaci syndromu karpálního tunelu

Abstract

Obecná část práce se zabývá základními informacemi o problematice syndromu karpálního tunelu. Obsahuje údaje anatomické, historické, patofyziologické, epidemiologické, informuje o diagnostických a vyšetřovacích metodách a možnostech léčby syndromu karpálního tunelu. Ve speciální části práce se nachází vyšetřovací metody a fyzioterapeutické postupy, které jsou pro pacienty po operaci syndromu karpálního tunelu vhodné a mohou přispět k plné obnově funkčních schopností ruky a návratu pacienta do plnohodnotného každodenního života. Praktická část popisuje ambulantní rehabilitaci dvou pacientů po operaci syndromu karpálního tunelu.

The general part of the work deals with basic information about the problems of carpal tunnel syndrome. Contains information anatomical, historical, pathophysiology, epidemiology, information on diagnostic and investigative methods and treatment options for carpal tunnel syndrome. In the special part of my work is investigative methods and physical therapy procedures for patients after surgery carpal tunnel syndrome should and can contribute to full recovery of functional abilities of the hand and the patient's return to full daily life. The practical part describes the two-hospital rehabilitation of patients after surgery carpal tunnel syndrome.
