Informovanost studentů Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Karlovy o situaci na trhu práce

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám tématem trhu práce, přesněji řečeno vztahem studentů jakožto potenciálních adeptů k trhu práce se zaměřením na jejich dosavadní nabyté informace, přehledem o trhu práce jako takovém a to především ve vztahu k jejich oboru a perspektivě. Hlavní osou mé práce je výzkum, provedený na Filozofické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy, kde bylo zjišťováno, jak studenti hodnotí své dosavadně nabyté informace o pracovním trhu a přístup k takovýmto informacím. Studenti zároveň měli reflektovat vztah vlastního vzdělávání a představy o budoucím zaměstnání. Další otázky byly směřovány k tématu zřízení pomocné instituce na Filozofické fakultě, která by zájemcům nabízela poradenství v oblasti pracovního trhu.

In this work I am dealing with the theme of labour-market, more precisely with the relation between students (as potential aspirants) and labour-market, focusing on their so far acquired education, also with overview of the labour-market as such, mainly in a relationship with their domain and perspectives. The main content of my work is a research done at the Philosophical faculty of the Charles University. In the research there was being found out how students assess their existing awareness of labour-market and access to these information. Students had to, at the same time, reflect the relationship between their own education and visions of their future job. Other questions were directed to the theme of establishing an institution at Philosophical faculty, which would offer consulting in the sphere of labour-market.
