Tato bakalarska prace je jednim z moznych pohledu na organizacni kulturu ajeji vliv na Cinnost podniku. Snazila jsem se vysvetlit jednotlive pojmy a jevy, ktere se k organizacni kultufe vazou. Popisuji, CO to organizacni kultur je, CO je jejim obsahem, jake jsou jeji zdroje. This bachelor's work is one of many ways how to see the corporate culture and its influence on efficiency of organization. I tried to show some idea of corporate culture. I described what the corporate culture is, its sources and subjekt. At the end of my work I tried to use one of the models, which show the relation between corporate culture and its efficiency.
