Postavení Romů na trhu práce v České republice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku nezaměstnanosti Romů v České republice která je jednou z největších bariér pro jejich úspěšnou integraci do společnosti. Zabývá se historickým kontextem vývoje nezaměstnanosti Romů a jejích současných důvodů i důsledků. Pozornost je věnována rekvalifikacím, jakožto nejlepším a nejdostupnějším možnostem pro zvýšení kvalifikace Romů, která bývá jedním z hlavních problémů jejich začlenění na trh práce. Následná expertní analýza zachycuje názory expertů na problematiku nezaměstnanosti Romů a její řešení, se zaměřením na hodnocení rekvalifikací v rámci aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Experti uvádějí také možná řešení nezaměstnanosti Romů, která jsou u nás buď již zavedena (jen nefungují dostatečně efektivně), nebo by se měla zavést jako účinný program možného řešení nezaměstnanosti Romů.

This thesis is focused on the problem of unemployment of gypsies in the Czech Republic as one of the greatest barriers to their successful integration into society. It deals with the historical context of unemployment of the gypsies and their current reasons and consequences. Attention is given to retraining, as the best and most affordable option for increasing the qualification of the gypsies, which is one of the main problems of their integration into the labor market. A subsequent expert analysis captures the expert opinions on the issue of gypsies' unemployment and it's solutions, focusing on the evaluation of retraining in the active employment policy. Experts offer possible solutions to unemployment of gypsies, which are either already in place (just do not work effectively enough) or should be introduced as an effective program for solving unemployment of gypsies.
