Práce se bude věnovat průběžnému hodnocení úspěšnosti léčby diabetu transplantací pankreatu, především z hlediska metabolické funkce transplantovaného orgánu a jeho přežívaní. Zaměří se na význam vyšetření intravenózním glukózovým tolerančním testem a také na přínos edukace pacienta transplantační koordinátorkou v pooperačním období.
The aim of my study is the evaluation of transplantation diabetes treatment efficiency mainly from the aspect of metabolic graft function and its survival. It is focused on meaning of intravenous glucose tolerance test and contribution of patient education by transplantation coordinator in post transplant period.
