Vyšetření čití na horních končetinách po cévní mozkové příhodě

Abstract

Práce se zabývá vyšetřením čití na horních končetinách po cévní mozkové příhodě. Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je vyhledání, překlad a vyzkoušení standardizovaného vyšetření čití. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace o cévní mozkové příhodě, jejích následcích a roli ergoterapie při rehabilitaci. Podrobněji je rozebrána především problematika poruch čití a jejich dopad na aktivity všedního dne. Praktická část poskytuje stručný popis vyhledaných testů a překlad vybraného vyšetření Nottigham sensory assessment. Jsou uvedeny a rozebrány výsledky vyšetření čití pomocí Nottigham sensory assessment, které bylo provedeno na deseti pacientech v Krajské nemocnici Liberec a Klinice rehabilitačního lékařství v Praze. Z výsledků praktického testování je vyvozen závěr, který potvrzuje vhodnost vybraného standardizovaného vyšetření Nottingham sensory assessment pro ergoterapeuty v České republice.

The thesis is aimed at somatosensory assesment on upper limbs after the stroke. The main objectives of this bachelor's thesis are the retrieval, interpretation and practical field tests of the standardized somatosensory assesment. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the basic information about the stroke, its after-effects and the role of occupational therapy in the process of rehabilitation. The thesis deals in more detail especially with the matters of sensory loss and their impact to ADL. The practical part presents the the brief description of the sought tests and the translation and interpretation of the selected assesment - Nothingham sensory assesment. The thesis provides the reader with results and the analysis of results of the somatosensory assesments through the use of Notingham sensory assesment, performed on the sample of ten pacients in the Regional Hospital Liberec and on the Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine in Prague. From the obtained results of the practical assesments the conclusion has been drawn, that confirms the suitability of the selected standardized assessment - Notingham sensory assesment - for the ergotherapists in the Czech Republic.
