Zásady správné komunikace sociálních pracovníků s lidmi s postižením

Abstract

This Bachelor essay deals with correct communication of social workers with disabled people. In the first part it describes the rights of disabled people, the principles of current human communication as well as the principles of alternative and augmentative communication. By reading the rest of the essay, we can obtain the information on concrete rules and fundamentals, that should be followed by a social worker while he communicates with people with disabilities of eyesight, hearing, with acquired disability, with infantile cerebral palsy and with mentally disabled people - people with Down syndrome.

Tato bakalářská práce bude pojednávat o správné komunikaci sociálních pracovníků s lidmi se zdravotním postižením. V první části se práce zabývá právy zdravotně postižených osob, principy běžné mezilidské komunikace a principy alternativní a augmentativní komunikace. V dalších částech se čtenář dozví o konkrétních pravidlech a zásadách, kterými by se měl sociální pracovník řídit, pokud komunikuje s člověkem s postižením zraku, sluchu, se získaným postižením, s DMO a s mentálním postižením - Downovým syndromem.
