Práva pacientů, jejich definice a dodržování v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Práva pacientů, jejich definice a dodržování v České republice" pojednává o právech pacientů obecně. Velká část práce se zabývá jednotlivými dokumenty, které zakotvují práva pacientů. Zabývá se taktéž jejich právní závazností a vztahem k zákonu. Pojednává také o vztazích lékař - pacient a sestra - pacient. Součástí práce je několik případů porušení práv pacientů a neetické pokusy posledních desetiletí.

The bachelor thesis " Patients'rights, their definition and their observance in the Czech Republic" deals with patients' rights generally. Each documents, which involve patients' rights are big part of this bachelor thesis. Bachelor thesis is also about their legal liability and their relation to the law. It also deals with relationships between doctor - patient and nurse - patient. Bachelor thesis includes some cases of infringement of this patients'rights and unethical advances of the last decade.
