Role v rodině a migrace: případ afghánských rodin v České republice

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce jsou rodinné role muže a ženy v souvislosti se změnami, které v nich může vyvolat migrace. Výchozím předpokladem je, že dominantní socio-kulturní struktura ovlivňuje také socio-kulturní strukturu přistěhovalců. Tento vliv je příčinou společenských změn v životech imigrantů. V práci je formulováno několik otázek: K jakým změnám dochází na úrovni rolí muže a ženy v rodině? Jaké faktory tyto změny ovlivňují? Co mohou znamenat pro samotné aktéry? K zodpovězení těchto otázek je použita odborná literatura a výstupy z rozhovorů s afghánskými přistěhovalci žijícími v České republice.

The topic of this thesis is the issue of family roles of man and woman in the context of change that can be caused by migration. The basic assumption is that the dominant socio-cultural structure is influencing the socio-cultural structure of immigrants. This influence is the cause of social change in the lives of immigrants. The questions formulated in this thesis are: What changes are occurring on the level of family life? Which factors are these changes influencing? What the changes mean for the actors themselves? The answers are sought with the help of scientific literature and the results of interviews done with Afghan immigrants living in the Czech Republic.
