Abstract

Disertace se zabývá aplikacemi metod projektového managementu v informačních institucích v České republice, se zvláštním důrazem na odlišnosti, které do této specializační disciplíny vnesl nástup internetových technologií. Disertace mapuje významné projekty realizované v informačních institucích ve sledovaném období, analyzuje a hodnotí metodiky projektového managementu používané na projektech VTEI v pre-internetovém období, formuluje dominantní rysy projektů před a po nástupu internetových technologií, analyzuje dopady změn společensko-ekonomických podmínek a technologického vývoje na formu implementace projektového managementu a identifikuje klíčové aspekty projektového managementu v éře po nástupu internetových technologií. Časové období sledované v rámci této disertační práce je ohraničeno lety 1960-2000

The dissertation covers the application of the project management methods in information institutions in the Czech Republic. The focus of the dissertations is the impact of the internet technology and the parallel socio-economic changes on the way, the project management methods were implemented. The dissertation maps the major projects implemented in the information institutions in the time frame of 1960-2000. It analyses and evaluates the methods of the project management applied on STI project in the pre-internet era, it formulates the dominant aspects of projects prior and after the internet technology emergence and it identifies the key aspects of the project management that become of special importance after the internet technology emergence.
