Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s intraaortální balónkovou kontrapulzací

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou intraaortální balónkové kontrapulzace, ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienta po zavedení této srdeční mechanické podpory. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii srdce a aorty, vše o intraaortální balónkové kontrapulzaci, historii IABK, její princip a použití, nemoci, při kterých je IABK indikována a kontraindikována, diagnostika a léčba těchto nemocí, teoretická část dále obsahuje definici a vytváření standardu. Praktická část je zaměřena na komplexní intenzivní ošetřovatelskou péči o konkrétního pacienta se zavedenou intraaortální balónkovou kontrapulzací na Klinice anesteziologicko resuscitační a intenzivní medicíny (KARIM) ve Všeobecné fakultní nemocnici. Závěr práce tvoří standard zavedení kanyly pro IABK.

The thesis deals looks at the nursing care of a patient following the introduction of a intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP). The theoretical component contains the relevant anatomy and physiology of heart and aorta, and a description of the intra-aortic balloon pump including its history, principle, diseases which indicate or counterindicate its usage, diagnostics and therapies used for these diseases. The theoretical component also contains definition and standard of nursing care. 5 The practical part is focused on the complex intensive nursing care for a patient with an implemented intra-aortic balloon pump at The Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Medicine in the General Faculty Hospital. The conclusion of my thesis looks at the standard for IABP implantation and the management of the cannula site.
