| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychosociální problematiku pacientů s diagnózou myasthenia gravis. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na onemocnění myasthenia gravis, na proces prožívání krizové situace vlivem vzniku onemocnění. Formou kvalitativního výzkumu byla mapována psychosociální oblast při vzniku závažného onemocnění - myasthenie gravis. Analýzou semi-strukturovaných rozhovorů s pacienty neurologické jednotky intenzivní péče bylo zjištěno, jaké faktory jsou jim nápomocné, jaký vztah mají k terapii a režimovým opatřením a jsou-li dostatečně informováni. | cs_CZ |
