Systémová stigmatizace psychiatricky nemocných

Abstract

Rigorous thesis "System - Stigmatization of Psychically Disordered" aims the analysis of the system - stigmatization after the year 1989. As a part of the research tasks some fields related to the psychiatrical treatment/care reform in Czech Republic are discussed. Among the most important fields of disputation lie the general prerequisites of the system - stigmatization sequencing the present system of the treatment/care, the principles of the persisting psychiatrical treatment/care system that emphasizes psychiatrical institutions such as mental homes or the specific interests and acts of the people involved in compared to declared sponsions that were published in the strategical documents. As a solution by the working the problem out the people involved analysis, analysis of the legal frame and relevant strategical documents analysis. The koncept System - stigmatization is, for the purpose of that thesis, understood as an origin and a development of the stigmatization - mechanism that originated in the system of psychiatrical treatment/care and psychiatric institutions. Předmětem práce je problematika systémové stigmatizace duševně nemocných v ČR po roce 1989. V rámci výzkumných otázek je v práci analyzováno a diskutováno několik oblastí souvisejících obecně s reformou psychiatrické péče v ČR, s obecnými předpoklady systémové stigmatizace v návaznosti na stávající systém péče, důvody přetrvávajícího systému psychiatrické péče s těžištěm v psychiatrických léčebnách či specifika zájmu a jednání aktérů v komparaci s deklarativními závazky uváděnými ve strategických dokumentech. Z použitých metod jsou významné analýza aktérů, analýza právního rámce a analýza relevantních strategických dokumentů. Z hlediska konceptualizace problému je důležité vymezení systémové stigmatizace, která je v rámci této práce chápána jako mechanismus vzniku a rozvoje stigmatizace se základem v systému psychiatrické péče a psychiatrických institucí. Takto chápaná stigmatizace je charakteristická značně složitou sítí determinant, které mají hluboké historické kořeny a do jisté míry souvisí s vývojem dané kultury. Práce analyzuje na základě historických souvislostí příčiny současného stavu v stigmatizujícím systému péče o duševně nemocné, který je v ČR charakteristický přetrvávající institucionalizací.
