Diagnostika adaptivního chování u dospělých osob s mentálním postižením

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je diagnostika adaptivního chování u dospělých osob s mentálním postižením. Teoretické kapitoly jsou věnovány problematice dospělosti osob s mentálním postižením, diagnostice osob s mentálním postižením v období dospělosti, adaptivnímu chování a jeho diagnostice. Poslední teoretická kapitola pojednává o sociálních službách s důrazem na novou legislativu. Problematice diagnostiky adaptivního chování dospělých osob s mentálním postižením v sociálních službách osobní asistence a sociální rehabilitace jsou věnována dvě šetření. Na celorepublikové úrovni je sledována podoba diagnostiky v těchto sociálních službách. Druhé šetření spočívá v ověření diagnostického nástroje vypracovaného pro potřeby konkrétního poskytovatele sociálních služeb.

The subject of this thesis is measurement of adaptive behavior of adults with intellectual disabilities. Theoretical chapters include topics as adulthood of people with intellectual disabilities, assessment of adults with intellectual disabilities, adaptive behavior and its measurement. The final chapter of theoretical part involves information about social services with emphasis on a new legislation. Second part of the thesis contains analysis of two survey investigating measurement of adaptive behavior of adults with intellectual disabilities in two kinds of social services - personal assistance and social rehabilitation. First survey investigates characteristics of measurement in these social services on nationwide level. The aim of second survey is to examine an assessment tool designed for needs of concrete social services provider.
