Vertikalizace pacientů s kombinovaným postižením

Abstract

Název: Vertikalizace pacientů s kombinovaným postižením. Cíl práce: Navázat v programu reedukace pacientky při vertikalizaci a ověřit si vhodné navržení rehabilitačního postupu u dalších dvou pacientů s diparetickou formou DMO a mentálním postižením. Metoda: Případovou studií je po dobu třech měsíců sledován proces vertikalizace pacientky Martiny ve věku 13let, který vychází z preexperimentu již sledovaného procesu před dvěma lety. Tento preexperiment, který byl ukončen, je nyní posunut do dalšího stádia lokomoce. Studie se rozšířila o dva pacienty, Pavla ve věku 10 let a Erika ve věku 16 let. U pacientů bylo na začátku a na konci tříměsíčního léčebného plánu provedeno hodnocení stavu patologického motorického vývoje, vyšetření motorické disability, Ashworthovy a Komanovy škály a proveden test bazálních všedních činností. Při rehabilitaci byly využity prvky z konceptu manželů Bobathových, vertikalizace z nižších poloh do vyšších poloh s dopomocí, nebo u zábradlí, chůze s dopomocí i bez dopomoci po rovině i přes překážky, chůze po schodech a cvičení na labilních plochách. Výsledky: Při porovnání úvodního a závěrečného vyšetření můžeme konstatovat, že navržené léčebné plány lze hodnotit kladně. Title: Realization of the vertical position in patientes with multiple disabilities. Objective: Pick up on a program of patient reeducation in realization of vertical position of a patient and check the appropriate design of the rehabilitation process for the other two patiens with cerebral palsy and diparetic form of mental retardation.
