Postavení a perspektivy integrace ukrajinské menšiny v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Postavení a perspektivy integrace ukrajinské menšiny v České republice" shrnuje dosavadní znalosti o problematice přistěhovalectví z východní Evropy. Věnuje se otázce imigrace jako takové a postupně přechází ke konkrétnímu příkladu ukrajinských migrantů. Poukazuje na dlouhou historii migrace z Ukrajiny, na kulturní rozdíly mezi domácím obyvatelstvem a přistěhovalci a na to, jak se problém migrace odráží v legislativě ČR a v postoji politických stran, které byly zvoleny v roce 2006 do Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu ČR. Předložená publikace vznikla na základě několikaletých zkušeností získaných během magisterského studia na filozofické fakultě Univerzity Karlovy a zkušeností z vlastního výzkumu.

Diploma Paper "The Status and Perspectives of the Ukrainian minority integration in the Czech Republic" summarizes existing knowledge about the problematic of immigration from the Eastern Europe. It deals with the problematic of migration in general and then looks at the example of Ukrainian migrants. It refers to the long history of migration from the Ukraine and to the cultural differences between major society and minority. It also considers facts how this issue is reflected in the Czech legislative system and in the attitude of the political parties, which were elected in 2006 to the Parliament of the Czech Republic, Chamber of deputies. Presented paper comes from long-term experience gained during master studies Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts, and from my own research.
