Magický a filosofický svět Ingmara Bergmana

Abstract

Práce se zabývá filosofií filmu švédského režiséra Ingmara Bergmana. Nastiňuje životní okolnosti ovlivňující Bergmanovu tvorbu a filosofickou i stylistickou konstrukci jeho filmografie. Je představeno devět filmů ilustrujících vývoj jeho myšlení. V druhé části práce je nastíněno pozadí života dánského filosofa Sorena Kierkegaarda a jeho filosofie o způsobech existence. V závěru jsou popsány zajímavé shody a rozdíly v myšlení těchto tvůrců, přičemž výchozí bod pro toto srovnání je biblický příběh proroka Abrahama.

This diploma thesis analyses film philosophy of a famous Swedish director, Ingmar Bergman. It outlines Bergman's life experience influencing his work and his philosophical and stylistic construction of filmography. There are nine movies introduced illustrating the development in his thinking. In the second part of this thesis, the life and existential philosophy of Soren Kierkegaard, a Danish philosopher, are dealt with. In the conclusion, the interesting correspondences and differences are found in the work and thinking of these two authors. The basis is put on the biblical story of prophet Abraham.
