Identifikované profily jsou interpretovány prostřednictvím dvou linií - osy osobního a sociálního zaměření a osy celkové intenzity deklarované podobnosti vůči jednotlivým portrétům Human Values Scale. Zastoupení profilů vykazuje v čase relativní stabilitu, přičemž je patrná slabá klesající tendence u profilu Sociální, a ještě opatrnější u profilu Ukotvení. This master's thesis constructs a typology of the general Czech population aged 15+ based on the structure of value orientations, identifying distinct types and tracking their representation over time. The theoretical foundation is Schwartz's theory of basic human values and its measurement instrument, the Human Values Scale. The analytical part draws on European Social Survey data for the Czech Republic from waves 1-11 (except wave 3) and combines exploratory factor analysis and latent profile analysis. The result is a five-profile typology: Social (10.2%), Anchored (12.0%), Intense (12.6%), Indifferent (13.4%), and Average Majority (51.8%). The identified profiles are interpreted through two interpretive axes - the axis of personal versus social orientation and the axis of overall intensity of declared similarity to the respective Human Values Scale portraits. Profile representation shows relative stability over time, with a weak downward trend observable for the Social profile, and an even weaker one for the Anchored profile. The thesis further notes that the higher-order dimensions of the circular model of Schwartz's theory do not reproduce in their original form in the Czech European Social Survey data, and documents the sensitivity of the typological approach to methodological decisions...
