Teoretická část poskytuje přehled o patofyziologii, symptomatice a kognitivním profilu Parkinsonovy nemoci. Dále popisuje Bentonův test orientace čar, jeho administraci a specifika výkonu u neurodegenerativních onemocnění. Výzkumný soubor obsahuje 162 pacientů s PN. Analýza potvrdila, že pacienti se lišili v chybovosti v ostrých a pravých úhlech (p < 0,001; r = 0,36) i ve switchování (p < 0,001; r = 0,25). Pacienti s mírnou kognitivní poruchou vykazovali signifikantně horší výsledky v testu v porovnání s pacienty bez kognitivního deficitu (p < 0,001; r = 0,35). Práce zdůrazňuje význam analýzy chybových skórů pro přesnější vyhodnocení orientace v prostoru u pacientů s PN.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on psychological and psychometric analysis of the Benton Judgment of Line Orientation test in patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). The primary focus of the study is to conduct a detailed statistical analysis of specific error types within this test as well as the total score and to compare the results between the groups of PD patients with mild cognitive impairment and a group with normal cognition. The research specifically targets errors in identifying acute and right angles, as well as response sequencing errors (so-called switches). The theoretical section provides an overview of the pathophysiology, symptomatology, and cognitive profile of Parkinson's disease. Furthermore, it describes the Benton Judgment of Line Orientation test, its administration, and performance characteristics in the context of neurodegenerative diseases. The research sample consisted of 162 patients diagnosed with PD. The analysis confirmed that patients differed in error rates for acute and right angles (p <,001; r = 0,36) as well as in switching (p < 0,001; r = 0,25). Patients with mild cognitive impairment showed significantly poorer results compared to those without cognitive deficits (p < 0,001; r = 0,35). This thesis highlights the importance of error analysis for a more precise...
