Následky sexuálního zneužívání

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá následky, které si do dospělosti nesou ženy sexuálně zneužité v dětství. Obsahuje podrobné informace o okolnostech a druhu sexuálního zneužívání, původu pachatele a jeho oběti, způsobu vyšetřování, možnostech odborné péče a právních důsledcích trestného činu. Cílem práce je na základě životních příběhů jednotlivých respondentek prozkoumat vztah sexuálního zneužívání členem rodiny a přístupu člena, který je oběti nejbližší ke zjištěnému zneužívání. Klíčové body zahrnuté v kazuistikách charakterizují zkoumané ženy a pomáhají zjistit souvislosti mezi rodinnými vztahy a následky sexuálního zneužívání v dospělosti.

The dissertation deals with the consequences that women, who were sexually abused in their childhood, carry into their adult age. It contains detailed information about circumstances and nature of sexual abuse, origin of the offender and his or her victim, method of investigation, possibilities of expert care and legal consequences of criminal offence. Based on life experience of individual respondents, the goal of this dissertation is to investigate the relation of sexual abuse by a family member and approach of person who is the closest to the victim of abuse. The key points included in the casuistries characterise the investigated women and help discover the relations between family relationships and consequences of sexual abuse in the adult age.
