Stanislawa Ignacyho Witkiewicze a Ladislava Klímy, a to především s ohledem na motivy spjaté s užíváním omamných látek, počínaje alkoholem a konče různými typy narkotik či dalších omamných látek. Kromě životních reálií obepínajících unikátní a mnohostrannou tvorbu uvedených autorů se práce jednak zabývá povahou této tvorby, jednak se snaží objasnit, jaké místo v jejich životě i díle nacházejí výše zmíněné motivy, včetně analýzy a komparace vybraných textů obou autorů a následné interpretace toho, jakým způsobem autoři s prvkem zacházejí. Při analýze těchto motivů autor práce vychází i z kulturního, respektive společensko-ideového kontextu dané doby, neboť oba autory spojuje mj. doba, v níž tvořili.
This bachelor thesis aims to examine the poetics of two authors who strikingly diverge from the dominant movements and flows of their respective national literatures, namely Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz and Ladislav Klíma, particulary with regard to motifs related to the use of intoxicants, ranging from alcohol to various types of narcotics and other intoxicating substances. In addition to the biographical realities surrounding the unique and multifaceted work of these authors, the thesis examines the nature of this work and seeks to clarify the aforementioned motifs in their lives and works, including an analysis and comparison of selected texts by both authors and a subsequent interpretation of how the authors handle this element. During analyzing these motifs, the author of this thesis also draws on the cultural and socio-ideological context of the given era, as both authors are linked, among other things, by the period in which they were active.
