Empirická část práce vychází z neformálního pilotního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím rozhovorů s psychoterapeuty a z analýzy odborné literatury a dostupných výzkumů.

The empirical part of the thesis is based on informal pilot research conducted through interviews with psychotherapists and on an analysis of professional literature and available research. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most significant ethical challenges that arise from the perspective of the therapist, the client, and the therapeutic relationship. At the same time, it seeks to highlight possible solutions in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
