The thesis summarizes in the theoretical part the issues of balance and gait disorders in patients with multiple sclerosis with a focus on the subjective perception of patients. Furthermore, the possibilities of gait and balance rehabilitation and their alternatives are described. The paper presents the benefits of using perturbation training in rehabilitation. The practical part focuses on the research for studies using perturbations in targeted gait training. The search included 19 studies with a total of 833 probands. The sample of patients consisted of neurological diagnoses: multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, stroke and traumatic brain injury. The feasibility of perturbation training on the BalanceTutor device is illustrated on a smaller pilot group of patients. The primary focus was on the subjectively perceived feasibility of the training from the perspective of patients and therapists.
