V práci jsou vymezeny rizikové faktory a motivace pachatelů, psychologická specifika na straně vyslýchaných i vyslýchajících a samotné strategie vedení výslechu včetně důsledků možných pochybení. Práce má podobu systematizovaného přehledu literatury, jehož výsledky jsou sumarizovány pomocí narativní syntézy. Byly prohledány databáze Web of Science, Scopus a APA PsycINFO. Pod tíhou emoční zátěže mívají vyšetřovatelé tendenci volit konfrontační a neefektivní metody, které u vyslýchaných spíše umocňují odpor a tendenci k zapírání. Oproti tomu schopnost aktivně naslouchat a budovat s podezřelými funkční vztah se ukazuje jako významná pro získání objektivních informací a učinění pravdivého doznání. This bachelor's thesis examines the tactics applied during interrogations of suspects of sexually motivated crimes and evaluates the impact of these methods on the suspects' psychological experience and their willingness to confess. The thesis outlines the risk factors and motivations of the offenders, the psychological specifics of both the suspects and the interrogators, and the interrogation strategies themselves, including the consequences of potential procedural errors. The study takes the form of a systematized literature review, with the results summarized using a narrative synthesis. The Web of Science, Scopus, and APA PsycINFO databases were searched. Based on the inclusion criteria, nine empirical studies from international investigative practice were identified. The results suggest that there is often a discrepancy between recommended interrogation methods and actual police practice. Under the weight of emotional strain, investigators tend to resort to confrontational and ineffective methods that tend to amplify the suspects' resistance and propensity for denial. Conversely, the ability to actively listen and build a functional rapport with the suspects proves to be crucial for obtaining objective information and eliciting a truthful confession. Key words: sex offenders; psychology of...
