Řízení základní umělecké školy v průběhu kurikulární reformy

Abstract

Rigorózní práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a je zaměřena na problematiku z oblasti školského managementu. Zabývá se řízením základní umělecké školy v období kurikulární reformy základního uměleckého vzdělávání. Teoretická část práce nastiňuje východiska pro zkoumání vybraných problémů souvisejících s řízením transformačních změn v základních uměleckých školách. Poskytuje přehled o moderních přístupech a paradigmatech managementu, jeho struktuře i obsahu a poukazuje na spektrum stylů vedení a motivace lidí. Zabývá se tvůrčím způsobem řízení, leadershipem, který porovnává s operativním řízením, a manažerskými problematikami: řízením změn, řízením znalostí a talent managementem. Mapuje rozsah povinností a odpovědnosti ředitele základní umělecké školy a dotýká se některých faktorů vážících se k jeho osobnosti, a sice autority, kompetencí, sebeřízení a sebemotivace. Podává informace o aktuálním stavu tvorby Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro umělecké obory základního uměleckého vzdělávání (RVP ZUV) a poukazuje na význam a specifika uměleckého vzdělávání. The doctorate work has a theoretical-empirical nature and is focused on the problems from the area of school management. The work deals with the management of elementary school of the arts in a period of curricular reform of elementary music education. Theoretical part outlines ways out for investigation of selected problems which are connected with management of transformational changes in elementary schools of the arts. The work offers view of up-to-date attitudes and paradigms of management, its structure and content and points out the spectrum of leadership styles and people motivation. The work deals with creative way of direction, leadership, which compares with operative direction, and managerial problems: change management, knowledge management and talent management. The work surveys range of obligations and responsibilities of the director of elementary school of the arts and handles with some factors connected to his personality, such as authority, competences, self-management and self-motivation.
