"Musíme si pomáhat": tvorba, udržování a charakter vztahů uvnitř sociokulturního pole pražské hiphopové scény

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on identifying the mechanisms of creating and maintaining relationships within the sociocultural field of the Prague hip-hop scene and on the nature of these social ties. The aim of the thesis is to explore the moments and interactions during which social relationships within the Prague hip-hop subculture are created and strengthened, and how these processes are understood and interpreted by the actors themselves. At the same time, the research focuses on subcultural practices and expressions taking place within the sociocultural field under study and on the role that the exchange of capital plays in it. The thesis is qualitative in nature and uses in-depth interviews in combination with participant observation as research methods. The data obtained in this way were analyzed through thematic analysis supplemented with elements of narrative analysis. The results show that the scene is shaped mainly through informal interactions and reciprocal ties between actors, who understand mutual support as a mechanism contributing to the development of the scene and its success and legitimacy among recipients. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci mechanismů tvorby a udržování vztahů uvnitř sociokulturního pole pražské hiphopové scény a na povahu těchto sociálních vazeb. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, během jakých momentů a interakcí dochází ke vzniku a upevňování sociálních vztahů uvnitř pražské hiphopové subkultury a jak jsou tyto procesy samotnými aktéry chápány a interpretovány. Zároveň se výzkum zaměřuje na subkulturní praktiky a vyjádření odehrávající se uvnitř zkoumaného sociokulturního pole a na to, jakou roli v něm hraje směna kapitálů. Práce má kvalitativní charakter a jako výzkumné metody využívá hloubkové rozhovory v kombinaci se zúčastněným pozorováním. Takto získaná data byla analyzována prostřednictvím tematické analýzy doplněné o prvky narativní analýzy. Výsledky ukazují, že scéna je utvářena převážně skrze neformální interakce a reciproční vazby mezi aktéry, kteří vzájemnou podporu chápou jako mechanismus přispívající k rozvoji scény i k jejímu úspěchu a legitimitě mezi recipienty. Právě disponování a směna sociálního i subkulturního kapitálu spolu se sdíleným subkulturním porozuměním představují princip, na němž scéna operuje a skrze nějž se reprodukuje.
