Podpora vícečetných rodin v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the position of large families within Czech family policy from the perspective of the theory of the social construction of target populations. The aim of the thesis is to find out how large families are constructed by actors of family policy and how this construction is reflected in the form of support that is subsequently addressed to them or, alternatively, omitted. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of academic literature, existing research, and the relevant legislative framework related to large families, their socioeconomic situation, and their demographic significance in the context of declining birth rates in the Czech Republic. The empirical part of the thesis consisted of qualitative research in which semi-structured interviews were conducted with actors involved in the creation of family policy. The data were analysed using thematic analysis, focusing on how actors of family policy constructed large families and how these constructions were reflected in the form of measures targeted at them. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením vícečetných rodin v rámci české rodinné politiky z perspektivy teorie sociální konstrukce cílových populací. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou vícečetné rodiny konstruovány aktéry rodinné politiky a jak se tato konstrukce promítá do podoby podpory, která je jim následně adresována, případně opomíjena. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu odborné literatury, existujících výzkumů a relevantního legislativního rámce vztahujícího se k vícečetným rodinám, jejich socioekonomické situaci a demografickému významu v kontextu poklesu porodnosti v České republice. Empirická část práce představovala kvalitativní výzkum, ve kterém byly realizovány polostrukturované rozhovory s aktéry podílejícími se na tvorbě rodinné politiky. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy se zaměřením na to, jak aktéři rodinné politiky konstruovali vícečetné rodiny a jak se tyto konstrukce odrážely v podobě opatření na ně zaměřených. Předmětem této práce je analýza toho, jak jsou vícečetné rodiny konstruovány aktéry rodinné politiky v rámci teorie sociální konstrukce cílových populací, se zaměřením na způsoby jejich kategorizace, rámování a přiřazování do různých skupin (např.
