Motivace dobrovolníků a jejich vliv na integraci cizinců (Příklad jednoho zařízení)

Abstract

Motivation of volunteers and their influence on integration of foreigners (an example of one facility). This bachelor's thesis focuses on volunteer work in the process of integrating foreigners in the Czech Republic in a non-profit organization for the integration of foreigners, and on the experiences of volunteers, their motivation, challenges and perception of what volunteering really is. To achieve the set goals, professional literature from the fields of psychology, sociology, social work, ethics and many other fields was used in compiling the theoretical part. The first chapter deals with concepts related to volunteering and its forms and describes the non-profit organization focused on the integration of foreigners, their services, the processes of recruiting and preparing potential volunteers. The second chapter deals with the topic of motivation and its theories, certain motives and social motivation. The third chapter focuses on integration, its concept, challenges in the Czech context, what goals the city of Prague set as a starting point for the INTEGRA project with 5 other European cities with the participation of a non-profit organization for the integration of foreigners. Motivace dobrovolníků a jejich vliv na integraci cizinců. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dobrovolnickou práci v procesu integrace cizinců v České republice v jedné neziskové organizaci pro integraci cizinců (příklad jednoho zařízení) a na zkušenostech dobrovolníků, jejich motivaci a vnímání toho, co dobrovolnictví skutečně je. Pro dosažení stanovených cílů byla při sestavování teoretické části použita odborná literatura z oblasti psychologie, sociologie, sociální práce, etiky a mnoha dalších oborů- viz.odkazy. První kapitola se zabývá koncepty souvisejícími s dobrovolnictvím a jeho formami. Popisuji v ní neziskovou organizaci zaměřenou na integraci cizinců, její služby, procesy získavání a přípravy potenciálních dobrovolníků. Druhá kapitola se zabývá sociální motivací dobrovolnictví . Třetí kapitola se věnuje integraci v českém kontextu a cíly nastavenými projektem INTEGRA v městě Praha , ale i v dalších 5 evropských městech. Kapitola čtvrtá se věnuje dobrovolníkům, jejich motivaci a získaným zkušenostem, které mi poskytli v průběhu rozhovorů s nimi. V procesu integrace cizinců je jejich práce důležitá zejména z hlediska pozorumění začlenění cizinců do české společnosti.
