Autoportrét a sebereflexe ženy umělkyně v českém umění 1896-1969

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with self-portraits of Czech female artists in the years 1896 to 1969. Based on thorough research of Czech visual art, including art collections, a typology of self- portraits and self-reflection of female artists in Czech modern art has been established, spanning from the first exhibition of SVU Mánes to the year 1969, which is a political milestone. Experimental and conceptual forms of artistic self-perception in post-war art after 1969 will not be analyzed. An important chapter of the thesis will outline the contemporary and cultural- historical context, divided historically into three subchapters: Austria-Hungary until 1918, Czechoslovakia until 1948, and changes in conditions between 1948-1969. In this part of the thesis, questions of gender will be addressed, including reflections on topics discussed in Czech art history. Based on in-depth research, the main chapters of the thesis have been developed, in which specific works are analyzed in the context of international art and gender stereotypes. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá autoportréty českých umělkyň v letech 1896-1969. Na základě důkladné rešerše českého výtvarného umění včetně sbírkových fondů byla stanovena typologie autoportrétů a sebereflexe umělkyň v českém moderním umění od první výstavy SVU Mánes až do roku 1969, který je politickým mezníkem. Experimentální a konceptuální umělecké sebepojetí v poválečném umění po roce 1969 již nebudou analyzovány. Důležitou kapitolou práce bude nástin dobového a kulturněhistorického kontextu rozděleného historicky do tří podkapitol: Rakousko-Uhersko do roku 1918, Československo do roku 1948, změny poměrů v letech 1948-1969. V této části práce budou zohledněny otázky genderu včetně reflexe témat, o kterých píše česká uměnověda. Na základě hloubkových rešerší vznikala témata kapitol hlavní části práce, v nichž se budu zabývat konkrétními díly v kontextu zahraničního umění a genderových stereotypů. Dominantní roli zaujímají jednotlivé kapitoly: Umělkyně v ateliéru; Autoportrét s blízkými a rodinou; Sebevědomá umělkyně, zdůraznění svého já; Já: možnosti vlastního těla.
