Firemní filantropie společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s.

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on corporate philantropy at Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. company. Conclusions of the research of this thesis aim to contribute to the insufficient awareness about intersectoral cooperation between comercial and civil sector. The teroretical part instroduces corporate philantropy and defines the concept of intersectoral cooperation. The empirical part presents a case study of Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. company. The research metohodology includes qualitative methods such as documents analysis and an interview with an employee of Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. responsible of corporate philantropy, as well as interviews with representatives of selected civil sector organisations Centrum Paraple o.p.s. and Komunitní nadace Velký Šariš. The thesis aim the provide better inside and increase awareness about this issue which has been relatively insufficiently researched so far.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou firemní filantropie společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. Problém, k jehož zviditelnění mohou závěry výzkumu provedeného v DP přispět, je nedostatečné povědomí o mezisektorové spolupráci mezi komerčním sektorem a občanským sektorem. V teoretické části je uvedena firemní filantropie a vymezen koncept mezisektorové spolupráce. Empirická část práce představuje zpracovanou případovou studii společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. V kvalitativním výzkumu byla jako metody sběru dat použity studium dokumentů, metoda rozhovoru s odpovědným zaměstnancem společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj a.s. v oboru firemní filantropie a metoda rozhovoru se zástupci vybraných OOS, které představují Centrum paraple o.p.s. a Komunitní nadace Velký Šariš. Výzkum v této práci přispěje k lepšímu zviditelnění a osvětlení zkoumané problematiky, jež nebyla doposud dostatečně zpracována.
