Vliv komunitní podpory na adaptaci migrantů v ČR: příklad ruskojazyčné skupiny migrantů

Abstract

This master's thesis examines the influence of community support on the adaptation of migrants in the Czech Republic, with a focus on Russian- speaking migrants from post-Soviet countries, with respondents from Ukraine and Russia being the most represented in the research sample. The starting point of the thesis is the question of what role community and relational support play in the psychological and social adaptation of migrants, especially during the crisis phase of migration, and which forms of support migrants perceive as truly helpful. The thesis also examines what migrants lack most in the adaptation process and to what extent their experience is related not only to the availability of services, but also to the quality of interpersonal relationships, a sense of acceptance, and the openness of the majority society. The theoretical part conceptualises adaptation as a multidimensional process that cannot be reduced to practical adjustment alone. It involves not only language acquisition, institutional orientation, and administrative integration, but also longer-term psychological, social, and cultural embedding in the new environment. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem komunitní podpory na adaptaci migrantů v České republice se zaměřením na ruskojazyčné migranty z postsovětských zemí, přičemž nejpočetněji byli ve výzkumném souboru zastoupeni respondenti z Ukrajiny a Ruska. Východiskem práce je otázka, jakou roli hraje komunitní a vztahová opora v psychologické a sociální adaptaci migrantů, zejména v krizové fázi migrace, a jaké formy podpory migranti vnímají jako skutečně užitečné. Práce zároveň sleduje, co migrantům v procesu adaptace nejvíce chybí a nakolik jejich zkušenost souvisí nejen s dostupností služeb, ale také s kvalitou mezilidských vztahů, pocitem přijetí a otevřeností většinové společnosti. Teoretická část práce ukazuje, že adaptace migrantů není jednorozměrný ani čistě praktický proces. Nejde pouze o zvládnutí jazyka, orientaci v systému nebo vyřízení administrativních záležitostí, ale také o dlouhodobější proces psychického, sociálního a kulturního ukotvení v novém prostředí. Důležitou roli v něm hraje nejen formální podpora ze strany institucí a služeb, ale i neformální vztahy, komunita a kvalita lokálního sociálního prostředí.
