Práce ukazuje, že klasické nástroje soutěžního práva narážejí v...

The main object of the analysis are the DMA Regulation and the relevant Chinese regulations. The purpose of this thesis is the identification of the differences between the legal institutes used in regulation of digital platforms in the EU and China and an analysis of their regulatory impact. The topic of the thesis reflect the apparent effectiveness of the Chinese model of regulation, which manifests itself in the innovativeness of Chinese digital platforms, which is contrasted with the heavy-handedness of the European approach. The first part of the thesis is aimed at the definition of the concept of the digital platform. Furthermore, it examines European Union's competition law as well as the Chinese Anti-monopoly law. With regard to the specifics of the Chinese application of law in general, the thesis emphasizes the economical and political context of Chinese...
