Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty na domácí dialýze z pohledu všeobecných sester

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the specifics of nursing care for patients undergoing home- based renal replacement therapy modalities from the perspective of general nurses. Dialysis aims to replicate natural kidney function as closely as possible in the event of renal failure, while home dialysis including peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD) provides patients with greater flexibility and autonomy. At the same time, it has a positive impact on their quality of life. The aim of the thesis is to map and analyze the specifics of nursing care for patients undergoing PD and HHD, to compare the differences between these modalities in terms of patient education, administrative workload, clinical practice, and nurses' education, and to determine how these aspects are perceived by general nurses. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of four chapters and defines chronic kidney disease, including its classification and causes. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty na domácích modalitách náhrady funkce ledvin z pohledu všeobecných sester. Dialýza se snaží co nejvěrněji nahradit přirozenou funkci ledvin při jejich selhání, přičemž domácí dialýza, zahrnující peritoneální (PD) i domácí hemodialýzu (HHD), poskytuje pacientům větší flexibilitu a autonomii. Zároveň má pozitivní vliv na kvalitu jejich života. Cílem práce je zmapovat a analyzovat specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty na PD a HHD, porovnat rozdíly mezi nimi v oblasti edukace pacientů, administrativy, praxe a vzdělání sester a zjistit, jak jsou vnímány z pohledu všeobecných sester. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části, rozdělené na 4 kapitoly, je definováno chronické onemocnění ledvin, včetně jeho klasifikace a příčin. Dále jsou představeny druhy domácích dialyzačních metod spolu s principem fungování, včetně toho, jakou roli v této oblasti zastává všeobecná sestra. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu realizovaného formou anonymního autorského dotazníkového šetření napříč 15 dialyzačními středisky společnosti Fresenius Medical Care, které poskytují pacientům některou z domácích metod léčby náhrady funkce ledvin.
