Role sociálního pracovníka v pedagogicko-psychologické poradně

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the specific role of a social worker in a pedagogical-psychological counselling centre. The main aim of the thesis was to analyse the position of a social worker in PPCs, particularly in relation to their professional identity, competencies, and role within a multidisciplinary team, and, based on the findings, to formulate recommendations for strengthening this role in practice. The results indicate that the perception of the professional role of a social worker is not uniform and, in addition to the overall systemic setting, is significantly influenced by the conditions of a particular workplace. Key factors identified include the composition of the professional team, the role of management, the number of clients, the level of administrative workload, and the overall organisation of multidisciplinary cooperation. These conditions significantly impact both the ability to apply professional competencies and the subjective experience of professional identity and job satisfaction. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou rolí sociálního pracovníka v pedagogicko- psychologické poradně. Hlavním cílem bylo analyzovat postavení sociálního pracovníka v PPP, zejména ve vztahu k jeho profesní identitě, kompetencím a uplatnění v multidisciplinárním týmu, a na základě zjištění formulovat doporučení pro posílení této role v praxi. Výsledky ukazují, že vnímání profesní role sociálního pracovníka není jednotné a vedle systémového nastavení se významně odvíjí od podmínek konkrétního pracoviště. Jako klíčové faktory se ukázaly zejména personální složení týmu, role vedení, počet klientů, míra administrativní zátěže a celkové nastavení multidisciplinární spolupráce. Tyto podmínky zásadně ovlivňují možnost uplatnění odborných kompetencí i subjektivní prožívání profesní identity a spokojenosti. Závěry práce mohou přispět k hlubšímu porozumění postavení sociálních pracovníků v systému školského poradenství a sloužit jako podklad pro návrhy opatření směřujících k posílení jejich profesní role, zlepšení podmínek pro výkon praxe a efektivnějšímu využití jejich specifických kompetencí v rámci multidisciplinárních týmů PPP.
