Fungování státní správy a proces integrace uprchlíků v České republice očima ukrajinských uprchlíků

Abstract

This bachelor thesis examines the process of integrating Ukrainian refugees into Czech society from the refugees' own perspective. The aim of the thesis is to provide deep insight into their intersubjective experiences with the institutional, social, and political dimensions of integration. The theoretical part of the thesis defines fundamental concepts and serves as a contextual framework for understanding the integration process of refugees after their arrival in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the issue of migration, forms of international protection, the specifics of the current Ukrainian community in the Czech Republic, and the institute of temporary protection. The empirical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with Ukrainian refugees granted temporary protection. The data were analysed using thematic analysis, which allowed for the identification of key common aspects in the respondents' testimonies. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem integrace ukrajinských uprchlíků do české společnosti optikou samotných uprchlíků. Cílem práce je poskytnout hluboký vhled do jejich intersubjektivních zkušeností s institucionální, sociální a politickou rovinou integrace. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy a slouží jako kontextuální rámec pro pochopení integračního procesu uprchlíků po příchodu do České republiky. Zaměřuje se na problematiku migrace, formy mezinárodní ochrany, specifika současné ukrajinské komunity v České republice a institut dočasné ochrany. Empirická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ukrajinskými uprchlíky s udělenou dočasnou ochranou. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy, která umožnila identifikovat klíčové společné aspekty ve výpovědích respondentů. Hlavním zjištěním práce je výrazný rozdíl mezi relativně úspěšnou praktickou integrací na institucionální úrovni a pocitem nedostatečného sociálního začlenění do majoritní společnosti.
