Aspekty etnické identity Korjo-saram v odborné literatuře a v projevu na sociálních sítích

Abstract

This thesis examines the current issue of ethnic identity among the Central Asian Korean diaspora, the Koryo-saram. The question of ethnic identity is a complex topic, yet one that is well-documented in the academic literature. The aim of this thesis is to analyze manifestations of ethnic identity as described in the academic literature and to supplement these findings with original research on manifestations of aspects of Koryo-saram identity on social media. The first part of the thesis provides a theoretical introduction to the topic, sources, methodology, and historical context. The second part then contains a secondary analysis of data concerning the manifestations and perceptions of ethnic identity in the academic literature. The third part analyzes social media profiles in the context of aspects of Koryo-saram identity. The conclusion of the thesis highlights the existence of significant similarities between data from the academic literature and data obtained from the analysis of social media.

Tato práce se zabývá současnou problematikou etnické identity středoasijské korejské diaspory Korjo-saram. Otázka etnické identity jako takové je komplikovaným tématem, které je však obsaženo v odborné literatuře. Tato práce má za cíl analyzovat projevy etnické identity, tak jak jsou popsané právě v odborné literatuře a poznatky z ní podložit vlastním výzkumem projevů aspektů identity Korjo-saram na sociálních sítích. Práce se v první části věnuje teoretickému úvodu problematiky, zdrojům a metodologii a historickému kontextu. Druhá část poté obsahuje sekundární analýzu dat týkajících se projevů a vnímání etnické identity v odborné literatuře. Třetí část pracuje s analýzou profilů na sociálních sítích v kontextu aspektů identity Korjo- saram. V závěru práce uvádí existenci velkých podobností mezi daty z odborné literatury a daty získanými z analýzy sociálních sítí.
