Silvie Táborská Consultant: PhDr. Šárka Slabá, Ph.D. Title: Selected Factors Influencing the Therapeutic Relationship between Patient and Physiotherapist Bachelor thesis abstract: This bachelor thesis focuses on selected factors influencing the therapeutic relationship in physiotherapy from the perspectives of physiotherapists and patients. In the last two decades there has been growing interest in the therapeutic relationship in physiotherapy, which is expressed as increasing number of publications on this topic. Evidence suggests that a high-quality therapeutic relationship is a significant element that may influence the process and outcomes of physiotherapy care. The development of the therapeutic relationship is a complex process affected by many factors. Mapping these factors in the Czech setting may contribute to a deeper understanding of this theme within the national context. The main aim of the thesis was to identify and compare the factors that both groups consider important and to analyse the differences between their perceptions. Silvie Táborská Konzultant práce: PhDr. Šárka Slabá, Ph.D. Název bakalářské práce: Vybrané faktory ovlivňující terapeutický vztah fyzioterapeuta a pacienta Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými faktory ovlivňujícími terapeutický vztah ve fyzioterapii z pohledu fyzioterapeutů a pacientů. V posledních dvou desetiletích roste odborný zájem o terapeutický vztah ve fyzioterapii, což odráží i vzrůstající počet zdrojů vznikajících na toto téma. Výsledky naznačují, že kvalitní terapeutický vztah je významný prvek, který může ovlivňovat jak průběh, tak samotné výsledky fyzioterapeutické péče. Jeho vznik je však komplexní proces, který je ovlivňován řadou faktorů. Zmapování těchto faktorů v českém prostředí může přispět k hlubšímu porozumění této problematiky právě v českém kontextu. Hlavním cílem práce tedy bylo identifikovat a porovnat faktory, které obě skupiny považují za důležité, a analyzovat jejich vzájemné odlišnosti. Dílčími cíli bylo ověřit, zda existují rozdíly ve vnímání terapeutického vztahu v závislosti na způsobu financování péče a zmapovat vzdělávání fyzioterapeutů v oblasti budování kvalitního terapeutického vztahu.
